After many years of services, we would like to inform you that Dr. Christenbery’s practice will be closing and ceasing all operations on July 17, 2026. It has been our privilege to provide your dental care, and we are deeply grateful for the trust you placed in Dr. Christenbery and his staff.
We know this news is difficult and that finding a new dental home is priority. As many of you are aware, Dr. Kelsey Perry has been filling in at our office since Dr. Christenbery’s passing. We are entirely grateful for all Dr. Perry has done for us and for assisting us in continuing to fulfill Dr. Christenbery’s legacy. Because of this, and because your continued care is important to us, we will be transferring the custody of all of your dental records to Dr. Perry.
Transferring your dental records to Dr. Perry will ensure that they remain secure and confidential, and we encourage you to see her for all of your future dental needs. In particular, if you have a pending treatment plan, are scheduled to receive services at the Christenbery office after July 17, 2026, would like to receive any future dental treatments, or if you would like access to your dental records, please contact Dr. Perry.
The office contact information for Dr. Perry is as follows:

While we are transferring your dental records to Dr. Perry, you are free to seek treatment from any licensed dentist you select. If you select another licensed dentist or if you would like a copy of your dental records for your personal use, Dr. Perry can assist you obtaining your records or transferring your records to the dentist you select.
If you experience a dental emergency after the practice closes, you should contact Dr. Perry or your new dentist or seek emergency dental or medical treatment, as appropriate. For all dental treatments, we strongly encourage you to promptly arrange for the continuation of your dental care with a licensed dentist, whether Dr. Perry or another licensed dentist of your choice, so that your treatment is not interrupted.
Thank you again for allowing us to participate in your dental care. It has been a privilege to serve you, and we extend our very best wishes for your continued health and well-being.
